My Approach
Consulting,
Coaching and
Therapy are quite different disciplines.
Consulting is an activity that focuses on organisational problems and provides answers and solutions.
Coaching analyses a current situation and then focuses on creating future plans.
Therapy looks at the current situation and explores the past as a way of bringing about change in the future.
Whilst each of these activities is distinct there is also overlap, the important thing is to be open and clear about what’s best for you and if this changes over time, we create a new plan.
