Executive Coaching
In the face of the ever-increasing demands and pressures of the modern, rapidly changing business environment, executive coaching is about helping you to achieve your full potential.
Whilst improving your effectiveness in terms of leadership and decision-making is a key aim of coaching, coaching in a corporate setting can equally be about achieving personal fulfilment and balance for the individual.
Coaching is a formal arrangement where we work together in a series of face to face coaching conversations, phone calls, and emails effectively optimising your potential and accelerating behavioural change, knowledge and skills development enabling you to achieve the business and personal results you desire.
Using a variety of tools and techniques that are practical, insightful and inspirational we work together in defining your current opportunities and challenges, agree the scope of how we will work together, identify priorities for action, and establish specific desired goals and outcomes.
Subsequent coaching sessions may be conducted in person, or over the telephone, with each session lasting a previously agreed length of time. Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of personally prioritised goals. I may provide additional resources in the form of relevant articles, checklists, assessments, or models to support your thinking and actions. The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on your business and/or personal needs and preferences.
Feedback from my clients describes my style as ‘challenging, insightful and inspirational whilst a the same time being supportive and empathic’
I strongly believe that for coaching to be effective, confidentiality, trust and openness within the relationship is crucial in order to deal with the real issues, and to achieve the results you desire.
